La Manok Island or Manocmanoc Island is composed of three small islands connected by a shallow shifting sand bar. If you look from far, it looks like chicken facing each other. The first Island owns a high and big limestone that looks like a mushroom when you view it from afar.
The “La Manok” is a Bisaya term that means “The chicken-less Island” in which the white sandbar connects the Hen and the Cock.
